“ I love their beef barbacoa tacos, I've ordered online multiple times and never been dissatisfied ”
“ Chanos is my go-to place for Latin takeout. Everything they offer is delicious. Their guac is very simple and tasty. Their queso is a must try. I am a big fan of their burritos and my wife loves their quesadillas. The surf and turf burrito is my #1. They also have a huge selection of homemade sauces which are all very unique and tasty. We always order a bunch and then save the leftover sauces to add to meals for the rest of the week. If you have a sweet tooth the tres leches cake is addicting! I found out about Chanos when the owner stopped by my office and dropped off coupons and a menu and introduced himself. Very nice guy! They deliver to a vast area and if you want to pick up they have a very convenient process. I also noticed they use an electronic order system so everything comes clearly labeled with your name, order number, and the item description and they have never forgot something on any of our orders. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. ”
“ Everything! We have them deliver and the food, prices and service is every good! They are among our "A" rated Northern NJ restaurants and you don't make the grade unless you are "head and shoulders" above the competition in your food specialization!! Corprebrkr ”
“ This is a nice local restaurant. The food is good and the portions are large. I also like that their take out containers are more sustainable as well. This is a restaurant that makes me want to come in and eat as there are a few things that I have not tried yet because I know that they will taste better with the traditional sit down format. Definitely worth an order and/or visit! ”
“ Extraordinary tacos and desserts. Indoor seating is closed for COVID but they do a wonderful job with curbside pickup or through a delivery service. They do wonderful carnitas and chicken and make a number of house sauces for the tacos. They use corn tacos. Also don't forget about dessert the tres leche and flan are delectable! ”
“ Ordered curbside takeout today - glad I did! I got the Puebla salad (spinach, bacon, avacados, tomatoes, tortilla strips, and tasty red pepper dressing). The short ribs taco (very delicious, wished I had got another) Chorizo & potato empanada - the chipotle sauce was definitely spicy! Honestly, I got the beef barbacoa burrito tooo but I didn't have room after all the other items so I'm saving it for later Thanks for making the curbside pickup and ordering online very easy. ”
“ Chanos is the bomb. There's no other way to put it. Who would expect this little taco joint would be so amazing, fresh, and flavorful? Tacos, nachos, burritos, empanadas...they have it all. Everything is packed with flavor and the portions are huge. You won't leave here hungry. They have what seem like a million different types of homemade sauces to complement each dish. The guac is fresh and the chips are homemade and seasoned to perfection. I could eat them all day. The space itself is small so be prepared to take your food to go if it's crowded. Chanos will satisfy even your most intense taco Tuesday craving for sure. ”
“ Small place with a few tables to accommodate dine in guests. The service is quick and easy. Very friendly staff and good quality of food. We ordered guacamole and black bean corn salad as our appetizer which came with tortilla chips. Both flavorful options. For our meal we ordered the Baja fish tacos and the chicken mole burrito. Both were delicious! ”
“ Taco Tuesday takeout! I ordered for pick-up and waited a few minutes before my food was ready. The people working looked like high school students and were on their phones which threw me off but there were no customers waiting so I guess it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately my food got cold during my 4 minute drive home, so maybe it would taste different if I were to eat in the actual restaurant. I did like that they gave a nice variety of sauces to go along with the food. I ordered a chicken quesadilla for my family to share. Overall it was pretty tasty but too greasy for my dad's taste. I also got 3 orders of chicken tacos. They come in corn tortillas which were very cold by the time I got home so I didn't really enjoy the chicken tacos. The fish tacos were pretty good! Not the best I've ever had, but good enough for takeout. They come in the same corn tortilla, which was also cold. I was actually disappointed by the food. I did like the food, but based on the great reviews and "hottest new restaurant" award from yelp, I expected something amazing. In reality it's just your typical Latino food. I would like to come back to try their breakfast options one day. The breakfast menu looks pretty interesting. ”
